This article describes a method for sub-domain calculations of the electromagnetic boundary-element method. The advantages of the sub-domain calculation method can be divided between several companies for joint studies, so the time by one or several orders of magnitude can be reduced, especially in the context of parametric studies.

The accuracy and efficiency of this technique is evaluated by RCS calculations in jet engine air intake duct rotation and called the channel model. The results of the collaboration, which is obtained is calculated by combining two types of sub-domains of two companies, the measures in the model of the channel compared.

Comparisons are shown in different angular positions of motors, the advantages of the method of parametric studies. In addition, the accuracy of two formulations of the system of sub-area connections to the edge of the field on the expansion or modal basis.
